- Dealing with my actual feelings and coming to a conclusion as to why I feel that way.
- Just breathe.
- Trying to not be so uptight. Going with the flow as much as I can.
- Not closing up about everything. Even though it’s hard sometimes to say what I feel…it’s better to get it out there so people don’t wonder.
- Trusting in myself and God.
- Not letting other people influence my thoughts. I have to come to my own conclusions and not stray from that.
- Opening myself up to let people in.
- Forgetting the past hurts…they don’t matter anymore…that’s why they are in the past.
- Forgiving.
High…spending an evening with my parents at a social event.
Low…Bella leaving me a present in the kitchen…again!
I am a little late in finding it but I think it will be very therapeutic to take time out of each day and list 5 things that have graced my life. I love it! So I start tomorrow on this and I’m excited. Have a wonderful night and sweet dreams!
