Hamburger Steaks

Hamburger Steaks
2 to 3 lbs. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 chopped onion
bread crumbs
A1 sauce
I don’t have exact measurements…I just add until I think it’s good.
I mix this by hand {it’s easier}!
Than pat out your patties.
I use the good ole’ George! But they turn out really nicely on the bbq. After they are done cooking, I add broccoli and cauliflower for a side dish and drizzle A1 sauce over all of it. They are really yummy and if you try this recipe, let me know how you like it!

1. It’s fun to have new scenery while I work.
2. Hamburger steak is easy to make.
3. I like to be organized. I can’t work without my desk being organized.
4. The reasons why things have turned out the way they have, I will never know!
5. Something I’m very much excited about is going to Phoenix in February with Hubs.
6. All the medical bills have been well worth it.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to working {not really looking forward to it}, tomorrow my plans include helping Mom with her house and Sunday, I want to get our 3rd bedroom cleaned out and move my office in there!
