Brooke and I met in Cosmetology school in 1998. We were inseparable for that whole year of school and after. As we got older…we drifted apart and lost touch. A few months ago…a girl that we went to school with suggested her to be my friend on Facebook. I must say…it was a God send. It’s like we picked up exactly where we left off. We are “grown-ups” now and so much time has passed but it has been fabulous to catch up and there is never a dull moment or a moment of silence when we talk. Hubs and I went up to her and James’ house last week for a bbq and had a blast! We stayed until 11:00 p.m. and the time flew. {We are catching up on 8 years!} I’m so glad Facebook exists or I may have never re-connected with her.
. Anyway…we arrived in Utah about 9:00 a.m. and got to the hotel where I felt like I had a hang over from getting no sleep! So my Mom and I crashed for a while…ate…slept some more…then it was time to get up and get ready for Girls Night Out! I walked down to lobby and saw this face…
