Mini Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Icing

Saturday I made these delicious mini cinnamon rolls. They were super easy to make and tasted so good! I got a definite thumbs up from Hubs.
1 – 8 oz tube crescent roll dough
2 Tbl butter
cinnamon
brown sugar
Icing
1 tsp maple syrup {I left this out.}
1 Tbl milk
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven according to the crescent roll dough package directions. Layout half the dough {4 triangles} and pinch all the seams together. Flip over and pinch the seams on the back side together too.
2. Using a rolling-pin, smooth the seams and roll the dough into a square about 1/4″ thick. Brush with the butter and sprinkle with as much cinnamon and brown sugar as you want. Roll into a log and cut into 8 pieces.
3. Place mini cinnamon rolls into a non-stick sprayed mini muffin pan. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the other half of the crescent roll dough. Bake according to package directions.
4. Meanwhile whisk together maple syrup and milk in a bowl. Add in powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls.
5. Prepare to eat the whole pan!

I had the privilege to join the DaySpring family this month in hosting a review for some very awesome products! I received a beautiful wallet and makeup bag. I instantly was in love with the patch work and the colors. It is just the 1st couple of things that will add more color to my life.
The makeup bag is a great way to organize my products. It has pockets on the sidewall that are perfect for my eyeliner and brushes. Now I don’t have to dig to find them in the bottom of my make up bag. My favorite part of this bag is the “Truly Beautiful”. It reminds me everyday that I AM truly beautiful in God’s eyes and he doesn’t she the flaws that I do.
The bag is made out of oil cloth so it is super easy to keep clean. I would definitely recommend this item to my friends and family!
I also received a very cute wallet as well. I don’t usually like this type of wallet because you can’t always fit all of your must needed “junk” in it but when I got it…I tried it out. I am still using it! I have gotten many compliments on it when I pull it out to pay for something. The only down side to the wallet is you can’t fit much change in it or it won’t close. I am a hoarder of change so I just have to empty it out often or throw it in the bottom of my purse. 
I also really like the “Truly Treasured” stitched on this as well. It’s just daily reminders of what God has done for me and continues to do. These are part of the Redeemed Collection at DaySpring and they have so many lovely items to choose from. I AM redeemed and He is always there to pick me up when I am struggling and in His time…He shows you how powerful He can be at changing your life. I am so glad that I have come to know Him through prayer and just looking for all His good in my everyday life, even through the disappointments. It is all in His plan.
